No. The booking price you are quoted is the final cost including New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST). No additional booking fees or commissions are applied by Tuscany Downs Estate. Please check with your bank or credit card provider to be sure of fees that may apply from using their service.

Are there any extra fees that I will have to pay on top of the listed price?
Should I print a receipt to show the hotel reception?
It would be advisable to print off your email confirmations that you receive after booking. You will also need to present the credit card that you have made the original booking with.
How much does it cost to do a private company group?
There is no additional costs for private company group bookings. Standard room rates apply. Please feel free to contact Tuscany Downs Estate by phone or email to organise a group company booking.
What is your refund policy?
Bookings can be cancelled up to 7 days before your booking date. Upon reaching the date of 7 days before your arrival your payment will be taken in full. Once payment has been transacted this becomes non-refundable, and a non-refundable stay.
Which currency do you accept?
All booking are completed with a credit card therefore all foreign currencies are accepted. When on premise at Tuscany Downs all payments for services are by credit card.
